Bobofix is an online directory that connects customers with local service providers including electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, builders, and other professionals. We provide a platform for providers to list their services and for customers to discover, compare, and contact them.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Provider accounts are subject to an approval process before becoming visible in the directory.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including certifications, service areas, and contact details. Providers must hold all required licenses and permits for the services they offer. Bobofix does not independently verify provider qualifications beyond the approval process.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for independently evaluating providers before engaging their services. Reviews and ratings should be honest and based on actual service experiences. Customers should exercise due diligence when selecting a provider.

6. Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to Bobofix, you grant us a license to display that content on the platform. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported as fraudulent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bobofix is a directory and communication platform. We are not a party to any agreements between customers and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers. Any disputes between customers and providers are to be resolved between those parties.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not create fake accounts or profiles, submit fraudulent reviews, use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape or harvest data from the platform, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
